The service provided from initial enquiry to installation of the goods was outstanding. The team was super-friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. The Photo Booth went down a treat and the Mr & Mrs sign just went so well with the ambience of the barn. We would recommend to anyone and we’re happy with the goods and service so thank you.
The set up was gorgeous - thank you so much! The guys that installed and took the balloons away were so professional and helpful. The single balloons arrived completely knotted in the bag and he helped by cutting the string off and adding completely new invisible string (I did try to un-knot them but it was impossible!). We also repurposed the balloons the next day for a mini cake smash :)
Could not fault this company in the slightest, they worked with us through the whole planning and were very helpful when we had to move our date closer by 3 months. Amazing company would highly recommend to anyone. 10/10 for everything. Thank you to Elizabeth James events for making our day so special.
