I was honestly blown away by it! Everyone had such a great time and people could not get enough of the backdrop – people were honestly waiting ages just to get a photo with it, and it was such a relief as the event organiser to turn up and it just be set up perfectly ready for us to start. Seamless communication and set up - really was a relief that such a big important part of our event was sorted before we arrived. I have just completed your feedback form you sent over the weekend, but I wanted to send a personalised email to thank you and your team for absolutely everything this weekend. From the moment I made the enquiry, right through to delivery I was so impressed. I was telling your team on Saturday that the thing that sold you against the others was you hired out light up letters and balloons, which not many companies did together. This was brilliant. I also really appreciate the work you put in to colour matching our summer party poster to your balloons, it worked really well and got so many compliments! Thank you once again, and hopefully we can work together in the future.

Callum was brilliant on the day, unfortunately our sign (from a different supplier) arrived broken and my superglue efforts failed. Callum went the extra mile and fitted our broken sign to the foliage wall and perfected it until you could hardly tell. It was incredibly tricky. The wall looked amazing and made a great backdrop for our event photos. Callum is an absolute credit to your company he really did save the day.

Could not have asked for a better dance floor and light arrangement for our wedding. The dance floor with LED lights looked amazing and the large light up letters looked great. Working with Elizabeth James Events was also simple, super professional and an excellent experience. On the wedding day, the set up was so slick - they only had an hour between dinner finishing and dancing started. I didn't even notice the transition!! No issues at all. Everything was collected on time and with no issues the following day. Would highly recommend!

From booking the package to the setting up on the day it was all made so easy and you all took away a lot of stress for us.
