The Moongate & Neon Sign was amazing! It looked so good! Great service too. I never saw the staff delivering this but as far as I am aware everything ran smoothly! The phone calls we received building up to the wedding were clear and great communication. Thanks so much, we will defo be in touch again if we have another event to plan!

Booking the decor for my wife's party couldn't have been easier! With help from the wonderful Jazz, we put together the perfect bespoke combination of light-up numbers, neon signs and a fabulous display of balloons that really ticked all of our boxes. From the first contact with Elizabeth James Events the service was excellent. All of our questions were answered promptly. I’ve just completed the feedback form, but also wanted to send an email to say a massive thank you regarding the delivery/collection of the letters for our summer party. The guys who delivered were so efficient with getting them on and off the boat and the timings were perfect! I’m sure we’ll be using them again at some time soon.. maybe our Christmas do, it will come round quick! :)

I just wanted to say that it was so lovely to meet you and work with you on the weekend for Sophie & Callum's Wedding - what a perfect day! It was such a beautiful wedding for such a lovely couple! Even though it rained, it was still perfect! You were such a joy to work with and thank you for being so accommodating with the weather and changing drop of time, it ended up working perfectly! Thanks for supplying the bouncy castle and balloons for our event yesterday. The delivery/set-up team were on time, polite and efficient. The order was exactly as discussed and looked wonderful. The castle stayed looking perfect with balloon garland in situ for the full length of hire. Would happily use your event decor service again.
